New Returns

*Parts that have been installed are non returnable.

Your item* must be in its original unused condition and be received by our office within 30 calendar days from your invoice date.

An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) must be requested and received before any New Return will be accepted - Warranty Return Policy is outlined below. The RMA # must be clearly marked on the outside of the box. Returns received without the RMA clearly marked will be refused.

A 20% restocking fee will be charged on all New Returns. 

Shipping charges are non refundable.

Return shipping to Solo Werks is the responsibility of the consumer.

(*The 30 day policy includes parts to be returned for warranty when a replacement part is purchesd using the security deopsit option)


Solo Werks Limited Warranty Terms and Conditions

Solo Werks provides a 3 year limited warranty to the original retail purchaser of any Solo Werks S1 Coilover Kit.

This limited warranty covers defects in materials and manufacturing of the components of the Solo Werks Coilover Systems on street driven vehicles only. 

Installation or labor charges for removal, reinsatallation or alignment are the responsibility of the end user, and will not be covered or reimbursed by Solo Werks or any of its authorized agents.

Claim Procedure

    1. Contact Solo Werks with a detailed description of the issue.
    2. Complete the provided Solo Werks Tech Form and return it to Solo Werks along with a copy of your original purchase receipt.
    3. The affected unit(s) can then be either:
      1. Sent in for evaluation.  If it is deemed to be product failure covered under Solo Werks warranty terms and conditions then the item will be repaired or replaced and returned to the owner.
      2. Replacement Units can be purchased at a discounted price plus shipping, and shipped to you in advance.  The original units will need to be shipped to our office to be evaluated, and if deemed to be covered under warranty the discounted purchase price and shipping of the replacement units will be refunded. (Defective part must be recieved within 30 days of invoice to recieve refund)

It is up to the discretion of Solo Werks to repair or replace a component.

Solo Werks does not cover incoming shipping charges.

Solo Werks will provide standard ground shipping back to the end user via our choice of carrier within the continental USA and Canada from our Fresno California warehouse (border charges, duties & taxes to Canada are the responsibility of the consumer).

Upgraded/faster shipping is available at a surcharge. International shipments and all brokerage, duties and taxes are the responsibility of the consumer.

Maintenance & Additional Details

Upkeep and maintenance on all exterior finishes on Solo Werks products is the responsibility of the original purchaser, and is not considered a valid reason for warrantee claim. 

This includes powder coating, chrome plating, paint & zinc plating.  Solo Werks recommends the use of various products to extend the life of these items, contact your authorized dealer for more information.

Solo Werks or its authorized dealers will not be liable for connected systems, components or consequential damage caused by failure of any Solo Werks products.

Damage to the components or complete Solo Werks system caused by misuse, misinstallation, misapplication, collision or off road activity (i.e. motorsports) is not covered by any portion of the Solo Werks limited warranty.  This includes usage at height levels outside of our published operating range for each system.

It is up to the discretion of Solo Werks to repair or replace a component.

In order to qualify for warranty, the original purchaser must follow the full claim procedure listed.

Credit Card Charges

Your credit card will be charged when you place your order. If we are not able to fulfill your order for any reason your credit card will be refunded.

Coupon Codes

Coupon Codes must be entered at the time the order is placed. No refunds or coupon codes will be applied to your order once the order is placed. Coupon Codes cannot be used on already discounted items. Coupon Codes cannot be combined with any other promotional coupon codes. Limit One Coupon Code per order. Brands Excluded from coupon codes: Airlift, AVS, Edge.

Gift Certificates 

Gift Certificates cannot be used on orginal purchase of Gift Certificates or shipping charges. Cannot be redeemed for cash. Gift Certificates have no cash value.

All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.

Reporting Errors

Any errors found with your shipment must to reported within 48 business hours of your package and/or packages being delivered. Any errors reported after 48 business hours will be handled on a case by case basis.

Order Tracking

If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.

Shipping Rates

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.

Back Orders

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

Privacy Policy

This policy covers how we use your personal information. We take your privacy SERIOUSLY and will take all measures to protect your personal information.

What Information Do We Collect?

We only collect information that we need that is related to your order. This includes your:

In addition we also collect information on your IP address, browser type, and Refer URL data. We use this data to prevent hacking attempts, help us know what web browsers people are using, and find out where our visitors are coming from so that we can improve our marketing.

Your information is only used to fill your order. We do not sell or redistribute your information to ANYONE.

Security and Storage

Only your order data billing, shipping, and order contents data is stored on our server. This information is encrypted using a Secure Sockets Layer before it is transmitted over a web server. We do not store your Credit Card data.

Cookies and Browser Information

Cookies are small files that reside on your computer and allow us to recognize you on your next visit or store your shopping cart contents. We use them only to track this information.
